Bad business!!! Bad quality!!! Do not waste your money!. I hired Greg years ago to do two bathrooms. Paid in full $11,000.00. 8 months later they completed the two closet size bathrooms. Everyday was a nightmare. I had to call and plead with the poor pathetic receptionist to please send a non-qualified worker to my house. It was the most stressful time wasted in my entire life. I had let it go over the last 5 years, until recently my A/C tech was installing a new unit, and let me know that "someone" had INTENTIALLY covered the air ducts going into both bathrooms. I fear this man (Greg) will do something bad to me for writing this review. He was nasty, threatening and deserves to be shut down. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else.…
BEWARE: Don't make a Mistake like I Did.
Problems encountered with IGK Enterprises:
a) They demand all the money PRIOR to completing the work... no excuses - we were naive as first time homeowners.
b) They came to install sliding glass doors and replace fascia boards... that took them 7 months just to leave the work uncompleted and in a state of disrepair. This is Work that the owner - Greg Kohn (who was also the salesperson) estimated that it would take 2 weeks to complete after the doors were ordered.
c) IGK is very deft and creating delays and excuses. One such example is that they do not return phone calls promptly. It usually takes them a week, sometimes two to even get in touch with you. The secretary (Lorrie) at IGK would tell us: "call back in hour", but after that hour had elapsed, she would then say: "call back in another hour", and finally when you would call back, she would then say: "oh sorry he just left". This process would repeat in one form or another, until we managed to get a hold of the owner's cellphone -- that also did little for us.
Another example is that IGK tells you that they will show up on a particular day and you end up waiting for them only to realize they weren't going to show up at all. Where again, if you managed to get a hold of them you wouldn't hear any apologizes but cursing and swearing from the owner of the company.
d) If you try to contact IGK about their “Work is 100% guaranteed” clause and the "5-year warranty" on work that IGK has undertaken, you will get no response. You will be ignored. The guarantees and warranties have never been fulfilled to date, regardless of an official letter we sent and the numerous phone calls we placed.
e) What were the actual problems after they left the project? Here are a few:
1.Water Leakage into the house through the Sliding Glass Doors when it rains…poor installation.
2.Water Damage (due to the aforementioned leaks) on the door frames and plaster inside the house.
3.Water stains on the floor tiles due to the aforementioned leaks.
4.Incomplete plastering (inside the house) around all the glass door columns and walls.
5.Plaster cracks and chipping on the walls inside the house.
6.Column separation / cracks when glass doors were installed.
7.Glass door framing / molding not properly installed…separating from the column walls.
8.Floor tiles chipped in several parts during installation of sliding glass doors.
9.Glass door screws not fully drilled in…popping out.
10.Soffit vent covers missing.
11.Caulking poorly done:
·Peeling off
·Unevenly applied
·Bumps, not smoothly applied
·Some areas missing caulking altogether
·Foaming agent used as cover up
·Caulking is some areas soft, due to the foaming agent used
12.Stuccoing poorly done:
·Unfinished and incomplete in many areas
·Cracked in several places
·Unevenly applied in many parts
13.Cleanup of stucco material:
·On pool deck
·On the walls of the house
·All over the glass doors
14.Fascia boards poorly installed:
·Not lined up
·No caulking between board and stuccoing
·Lopsided
·Uneven
·Separating away from the stuccoing, leaving gaps
15.Cleanup of waste and debris left behind by the IGK crew in the backyard.…

TERRIBLE COMPANY - RUDE OWNER/OFFICE STAFF.
IGK did a TERRIBLE job with our bathroom from start to un-finish, their "salesman" talked my mother-in-law into giving him the WHOLE amount up-front as a "deposit", unfortunately I was not at home at
the time to prevent her handing him the check (a check which they cashed within days, even though the work was not scheduled to start for more than 6 weeks), They received the money in May and were supposed to start approx. early July, after many excuses and delays they were due to start when we had a succession of hurricanes one of which had some effect on Broward, (we lost power for 4 days) they finally did start in September!!, but the problems were only just beginning:- 1. Sending round installers before the old equipment had been removed. 2. Doing half a days work then not coming back for days, leaving us with NO bathroom. 3. Claiming to have sent someone who got "no answer" when he knocked on our door, even though there was ALWAYS someone home. 4. As soon as we had no bathroom, refusing to work until he received a further $1,200 for "licenses", (making the total $4,700 for one small bathroom!, and this is only for intallation!!, we provided ALL the equipment other than the basic white tiles). 5. Finally leaving the job unfinished with, holes in the wall and floor, ceiling plaster all over the walls and floor, and a heap of building site refuse in our back garden. All of this is documented in word and pictures available to anyone who cares to e-mail me at alxmck@hotmail Alex Fort lauderdale, Florida

Great Work!.
I've been meaning to write a review for a while now, but I haven't been able to stop cooking in my gorgeous new kitchen! IGK, Greg, Kipper, and the whole team, did an absolutely amazing job! The
design, the cabinets, the tile work are exquisite. Everyone who comes over raves about the expansion. This remodel has added many times over to the value of our home.
We were so happy with our kitchen, we had IGK redo three of our bathrooms, including our master. Again, Greg's vision was 100% on target. The work is beautiful! I can't say enough about Ed (tile) perfectionism and the attention to detail of Ramon (finish work). Not only was their work amazing, but they were so considerate of how they were impacting our daily life.
The IGK team became part of our family during the months of our remodeling. I miss them!…
