Service was good. I found what I was looking for...but then they sent for the stone installation a guy who did not finished the job properly, they took off the interior doors and they did not put them back in place. Moved appliances out of their way and later you have to pay to put them in place. The worst part was the way they finished the tiles around the front and back door, they wanted to charge me extra for it....

EXELLENT SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR MY HOUSE FLOOR AND I FOUND IT FINALLY IN UNIVERSAL STONE IN DORAL AND$$$$ 1.30 CENT LESS THEN OPUSTONE :)))) WE ARE VERRY HAPPY THEY DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY SHOWED US AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE GREAT SHOWROOM DESIGN WE HAVE 4 MORE BATH TO DO WE WILL DEFINETLY REMODEL IT WITH UNIVERSAL STONE AND HIGHLY RECOMENDED TO EVERYBODY .

Count your sq. footage - I was shorted. Bought 800 sq feet of marble from Universal Stone on 79th Ave in Doral. Had some delays with construction, when I started the installation realized I'd been shorte 125 sq. feet and had to buy more. The owner of the company argued on the phone and refused to complete the order or reimburse me for the shortage. He said it had been too long (3 months prior).
