Museum eatery is as eclectic and engaging as its collection of artifacts..
In Short
Tucked inside the Wolfsonian Museum, this isn't just some push tray cafeteria. Gallery patrons dine on a globetrotter menu featuring items like a Spanish tapas plate, grilled croque monsieur, and a French ploughman's platter. They do it in style, surrounded by museum artifacts and a tasty assortment of banned books. Special food offerings are themed to the current exhibits, but you can always count on an assortment of international sandwiches, platters, and a half-dozen bottled brands of European mineral water to make it seem as if you have truly crossed the Atlantic. Several imported wines from small estate wineries are also available for the sipping.
