HORRIBLE!!!!

These people are completely unprofessional! I don't know about you, but I personally don't like having people in my apartment when I'm not there. They make appointments for inspections and they don't let us know until the morning of the inspections so we don't have time to plan on having someone at home. Also, they have been inside or tried to get into my apartment without letting me know, which is ILLEGAL!!!!

Just WOW !

My building just changed our properties management company to The Royal Group and I have to say WOW ! I can not be happier with this company and all that they are doing for all of the residents of our building. We were previously with a property management company that just sucked and in the few short weeks since The Royal Group has taken over our buildings day to day management the changes have just been incredible. Any issue have been taken care immediately and calls and emails are answered in such a timely fashion. If anyone is experiencing horrible management in their building. Do what the residents in my building have done, speak w/ your board and demand change. And if I were you I would DEFINITELY look @ The Royal Group Property Management, Miami !
