I finally found a dermatologist i can trust. I had a skin issue that i was dealing with and at least 3 to 4 other dermatologist in Miami wanted me to go through some a painful and expensive procedure. I was skeptical so I went for more opinions. When i went to Flores Dermatology and meet with doctor flores he explained several different treatment options and found one that would work for me. It seemed like most other dermatologist just wanted to make money on big expensive procedures and Dr. Flores actually cared about how I felt about it. He is very busy and I did have to wait a little while, but everyone in the waiting room with me understood that everyone wants to see the best... And I agree!!!

Horrible Dr. Basically you will wait in the office for three hours so the Dr can see you for five minutes. The receoptionists are super rude and not helpful. They are sarcastic and dont call with results and then get annoyed when you call and ask questions. Not to mention I went to a dermaologist (Dr. Flored) and got a scar in their care bc of poor practice and now they dont want to correct their mistake. I would NEVER return to this doctor and felt so strongly about their terrible service I didnt want the same to happen to anyone else. Its like a people factory and there is no customer service VERY upset!!!
