worst service. This has been the WORST experience that I have ever witnessed with service. They ruined my valentines day. They were supposed to deliver at my wife job never did. We called to inquire about status in the afternoon, and they couldn't help me. I finally reached them at 5:30 pm and they said they would deliver it to my house..they never did. I called them the next day at noon to get a refund and the person who does refunds was not there?, I finally get a call from Rosa, the "Refund Director of Operations", and they should change her title to the "Excuse Director of Operations". Saying that they did attempt to deliver, but they did not drop off, because my wife was out to lunch? OK, then they should have called her, called me, called the 20 numbers they have. Then she started comparing her store to others, saying that they did pretty good considering what other stores did with deliveries. They didn't even refund my delivery fee, because they said they tried to deliver it. But again, no note, no call to me, no call to my wife, no call to my office, no service.These people are full of excuses and I would stay away from this company.
