Great people. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to this dealership. From the very beginning, everyone was helpful and nice. I bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour, and the car is beautiful. The longest part of the whole thing, was getting the paperwork drawn up and signed, but i expected that. They took the time to check into different finance options with different banks, and that will save me some money. My salesgirl Estella was a sweet lady, and she had the answer to all of my questions. They have earned my business for the long haul!
Worst user experience ever.
Never gonna make business with Potamkin Honda again, and I suggest you don't either. Place is full of liars, the 0.9% APR is a rip-off (they change it 2 days after you sign the contract).
We negotiated the monthly payment and were mislead by them to believe that they've got our APR approved.
Beware of Willy, one of the managers, he doesn't honor his word. Worst customer experience I've ever had.
Avoid This Dealership. This dealership is atrocious. We traveled 4 hours to purchase a used car that we were told was a "beautiful, nice little car." Well that was that a lie! We showed up to drive the car and were told that it needed $1700 in mechanical repairs but they would be done overnight so we should go find a hotel. Then we looked inside the car only to find the worst condition interior of any car I have ever seen. This car looked like it had been through 3 tours in Iraq. The speakers and window switches were hanging out by their wires, the upholstery was falling off, the convertible top did not work properly, the dashboard and the center console literally looked like they had been eaten by a pitbull, and the transmission shifted extremely rough. The salesman got in the car with us for the test drive and even remarked "Wow, this car is gross. We shouldn't be selling cars like this." Of course we were very frustrated to hear this after driving 4 hours when we were told that the car was great and had no problems. We then requested to speak with the management and were met with nothing but lies and rude remarks. We were told by the manager that the car in question was "good" and that there was "nothing wrong with it" and that these things are to be expected of a car made in 2004 with 67k miles. Are you serious? If that's the type of cars this dealer has and the way they treat their customers- WATCH OUT!
Very friendly.. My experience at Honda's service department was wonderful. They were very understanding with my concerns with my vehicle maintenance. Also, very friendly.
