Excellent. My dog has skin allergies and is very fearful. The staff were just lovely and kind to her. She really seemed to enjoy her experience at Dog from Ipenema. She came home all wagging, happy, smelling good, with lovely trimmed nails and clean ears. I highly recommend Dog from Ipanema.

Nice people that don't listen!. So, I took my shih tzu to this place because eveyone says these great things about it.

Came, aksed exactly what I wanted to cut off on my dog and said, PLEASE, do not cut her hair.

After I picked her up, they trim the hair all around her eyes after I have been growing them for 2 months so I can make a little tail on her head. Shih tzus have their hair growing all the way from the nose and all around their eyes. And they TRIMMED IT! :(

I am so sad, my dog looked so good before with all this hair around her face. I also asked to cut/shave the hair ONLY between her nose and her mouth, so she has a style of a show dog, and they did it uneven! :(

Very sad, was looking for people who can do what I ask them to and not decide for MYSELF what to cut off MY dog.

Now she looks like a dog from a shelter with cheap face hair cut.

Great store/great groomer!. I've taken my Huskies to be groomed at the Dog from Ipanema and they do a fabulous job. I recommend them highly. They are very patient and sweet to the animals.

Simply The Best!. I have been taking my dogs to Dog From Ipanema for more than 20 years. They are more than just groomers, they are professionals. From my very small yorkies to my over zelous Afghan hound pup. They love the experence and are always happy when I take them in. There coats come out shiny and clean. The cut is alway even and most important they cut them to the breed standard.
