5star service!!. I have been a Snaparug user for months now and I must say, I am most impressed with their service more than any other dry cleaners I have tried before. One thing that I like about snaparug is their FREE pick up and delivery service. I saved time and money with this amazing service of theirs, and I think most (if not all) Snaparugs fan will agree to this. It was nice of them to deliver the RUGS either on your home or the office, which allows you not to worry about picking up your RUGS anymore! Plus, they always deliver ON TIME, their staffs are nice and friendly but professional, and the quality of their service is of the highest. Definitely highly recommended!

Criminals!!!!. This company is not legit!!! They take your money and run without providing a service! Don't use them for anything! They kept calling my friend back and put the phone to the radio after he tried talking to them about a con they played on old people.

THEY ROBBED MY PARENTS. Steve and John robbed two old people of 400 bucks. They took their money and never repaired the carpeting. They literally said, "Too bad. Take us to small claims court." These guys are as low as you can be. They take advantage of old people. They stole money from them.

There's a special place in Hell for people like you. You'll see when you're there.

There's one star only because it's mandatory to post. They don't get ANY stars.
