gladly recommend King Steam. Our apartment had flooded from the unit above us. Most of the flood was contained above us, however, some of the water damage had come through and ruined the paint yon our ceiling. Large circles began to form and some water droplets started to leak through. Our super called King Steam to take care of the issue for us. They were there so fast! Both apartments were taken care of on the same day. Very happy that it was so quickly taken care of for us and will gladly recommend KingSteam.

Jose Aventura. Thank you very much for all your help with Cleaning our carpets. I was debating whether to by new ones or have them clean for a long time because of financial reasons. I finally called and requested an appointment and now that I see how great the Carpets looks, I a€™m so glad I made that decision. I really appreciate your hard work.

Worst customer service and Carpet looked worst afterward. I called and was quoted $14/room by the salesperson. Once the technician arrived we explained that we were moving and wanted a deepclean of the carpets. The technician then qouted me $150 dollars for a one bedroom apartment. My husband and I agreeded that the price was a little steep for two rooms. The technician quickly jumped down in price and told us he would do it for $90. We agreeded.

After having the carpets cleaned we returned to the apartment and was over- powered by the smell of the apartment. It reeked of urine and mildew and the carpets looked like they had only been vacuumed. WHen I called and complained the man who answered the phone was rude and demeaning. Told me there was nothing he could do. After much arguing he agreeded to return the following day to "sanitize" the apartment. I agreeded.

Five minutes later the same man calls me back and tells me that we have a balance on our bill of $60 because we only paid $90 for the service. At this point I become extremely angry and demand to speak to a supervisor, the man tells me there is no manager at the office at this time and hangs upon me. When I call back and ask to speak to the owner he again tells me he is not there and refuses to give me the companies e-mail "because he doesn't want to". I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
