In Short – With so many Asian fusion eateries trying to Americanize Eastern dishes, it's refreshing to see those delicacies tweaked with Latin American influences too. Sure, Karma's got the sushi, seared tuna, and fried noodles staples. Just save room for the dulce de leche soaked banana egg rolls for dessert. The crimson interior with imposing Buddha statues goes from gaudy to respectful by the second course. Now that is good karma.
