I am very unhappy with the service provided by this company. I left my job early to be at my apartment at the time agreed and the workers showed up an hour later. One of them arrived with a very negative attitude. He asked me to sign a paper saying that I would pay an extra hour for transportation which was not in my agreement with the person I talked to on the phone. I tried to call her but she did not pick up so I agreed to pay because I had no other choice but it was not professional neither fair. I asked them to wrap my bedroom and my sofa as agreed and he was reluctant and told him I did not understand what was the problem because I was the one paying the service per hour and I wanted it that way. The same employee told me that they needed more people to help them and that it would cost me an extra 50 dollars an hour. I told him that I had explained on the phone that I had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and an extra mattress/boxspring plus around 20-25 boxes but he said that the person on the phone does not know, that she is only picking up calls, which in my understanding is a very negative image of the company. I asked what time he thought he could finish and he said at 4pm. I told him we should be fine because the building staff in the new building was there until 5 pm to open the elevator. When I went back to work at 3 pm the only furniture left in the apartment was the bed, the bookshelf and the tv stand. My sister got there after 4pm and only they still had not finished. My sister called me at 5 pm saying that they had arrived at our new building at that time and the employee who had to open the service elevator had just left. When I asked how was it possible that it took 2 hours to 2 moving professionals to bring the last few items to the truck, she told me that she discovered that they never blocked the elevator that was reserved for the move and when other people were in the elevator they would let it go and waited for the next one. I assumed they had done that since it is the first thing to do when you start moving and never imagined I had to remind them to do it. They took our belongings in the truck and asked us to pay an extra $390 for those 3.5 hours, and that we would charge for taking it to storage, unloading it, loading it back on Monday and delivering it , at the rate of 70 per hour and the very slow pace they had showed. My sister, who was confronted with a situation where they were asking for 390, and charges of several hundred dollars for the remaining part of the service, was desperate and agreed to pay 800 in total to get it everything delivered on Monday. As a result, I had to go buy an air mattress, underwear, clothes and hygienic products to survive on the week end. Also my mother was leaving on Monday on a trip and she lost her ticket because her luggage and personal items in the truck. When they delivered my furniture 3 days later my tv stand and bed were broken. I emailed them about it but they never got back.
THE WORST COMPANY. I contacted a company by the name of ABA moving inc to do my moving, they told me the charge is $70 an hour to disassemble and reassemble everything again. So I paid the 1st hour and the total depends on how many hours the moving guys take to move all my stuff. I agreed to that and I made an appoiment for monday november 7th at 9am, the company came at 9am and the driver "Ivan" came in front on me and said he it'll be $600 dollars to move my stuff I disagreed. I spoke with "clara" by phone, I told them that the only things needed to be moved were my bedroom, living room and diningroom. All of the other things I moved before in my car, They said it was $70 per hour and we didnt know how many hours, so he said ok I'll do for $500 then he said $350. I called his company to put a complaint and he told me dont do that because he is the boss and he can chage the price. I still decided to call his company and I let "clara" know what he did and she said she will call the manager and call me back, but that never happend. So I told him just do it for $350 We went to the second apartment and he said they forgot the base of my bed in the old apartment and he ask me to go there to pick up I said ok but later, then he said I have to pay before they start to move my stuff.. They started to move my things and then they broke the glass to my wall unit in my livingroom. He said no problem just look for the original invoce and the insurance company will pay for that. I went to my old place to pick up a couples things including the base of my bed, when I came back to my apartment, they were not there they left all my stuff in the middle of the livingroom and bedroom and nothing was assembled. THEY NEVER PAY FOR THE DAMAGE MISSING LAMP AND NO MONEY BACK.. I REPORT THIS COMPANY TO CONSUMER REPORT AND I HAVE A CASE IN THE COURT!!!!!
Great Service!. Boris and Ramundo were extremely helpful in streamlining the process of moving into my new 3 br townhouse. -- they had the supplies on hand that I needed and took the time to pack things carefully and thank goodness nothing was broken and everything reached on time and it was a pretty good experience! ABA Moving is a good pick for sure!
Nice guys. Boris & Sergia are nice guys in this company. I called them and they came the same day and helped me move my stuff. I negotiated a fixed price with them. It worked out well for me. They took care of my furniture with blankets. I will recommend them for anyone, all you need is to know what you want.

Perfect movers. This was my first time using ABA Moving and I'd certainly use them again. The coordination was painless and the moving team were both courteous and professional. 5 Stars no doubt.
GREAT company!! Strongly reccomend them!. I had a great experience working with ABA movers. They sent men and all of them were nice, polite, and highly professional. They were quick and efficient from start to finish. I am so glad I went with them. I highly recommend working with them. At the end of the day, I had absolutely no complaints.
