LOUSY customer service and multiple faulty computers.
Two BBB complaints because nobody would help me with my laptop and $8300 desktop (yes, you read right), and still no help.
The bottom line is their tech support and computers are awful. And for me the bottom line is that I have experienced almost two months of hell trying to reason with the unreasonable folks at Alienware.
Extremely unreliable computers and horrific service (if you can even call it service!)
