POOR Customer Service and False Return/Refund Policy.
On 4/30/2009 I ordered a video card online, paid with my cc, and received the incorrect item. I immediately followed their return/exchange webpage's directions for making an exchange, and was told an RMA number would be emailed to me within 24 hours. I never received any type of number. Finally, on 6/12/2009, I contact their customer service department. After almost an hour of holding on the phone, Steve answers and begins to tell me that it's my fault I got the wrong card, and since it was over 30 days, I wasn't going to be able to return/exchange it for the correct one. This leaves me with no video card for my desktop pc, and with no way to get the right one.
Now, I see why COMPUSA went out of business.
