Best waxing in Miami. I' ve going to the Neat waxing for many years, i found it very clean, fast and very professional!

will probably burn you!. i've been to tons other waxing places (ie. uni-k, senses, waxon wax off) by far this is the worst.. the lady just smears the wax on you after just putting baby powder. it was scorching hot so i told her it was EXTREMELY hot ..her reply "oh really" and smears away!! forgetting every word i said. clearly she could see the area was turning RED!!! afterwards when i mentioned it to the front desk, the receptionist calls the lady over and her answer is "that is the normal tempature" regardless you ignored EVERYTHING I SAID ,, and usually they cool off the wax (because HELLO anything thats been boiling in a waxpan is hot once it touchs a senstive area!!!), or after RIPPING the wax off at least presses the area so youre not in PAIN.

in the end, they gave me a free wax. which is not what i was trying to get. i was just trying to inform the receptionist that its horrible how you just ignore what the customer says, the one you are burning and to argue. obviously she isnt the one that just got a bikini wax done with melting lava.

Best waxing place EVER!. I used to go to UniK Wax until I found out they recycled the wax, so I found out about The Neat Waxing in Coral Gables and I loved it. Everybody there is great, very clean, professional and the best of all is that they don`t recycle wax.

I had an amazing experience...I will recommended it to anybody!

Terrible customer service, terrible waxing. From the moment I walked in (20 mins early!) the receptionist was cold and indifferent, barely noticed me, had to get her attention! Went downhill from there, got taken to a room 30 mins later, told to change, and the waiting game began! Another 25 mins passed and nothing, finally she came in and gave me the most painful waxing of my life and was rushed out. Needless to say I wont ever go back there and i don't recommend anyone elso to either!
