Tips for Jonicer Emergency Animal Clnc

Dark, gloomy but cheap.
I was referred to this place for low-cost neutering of strays. It's run by a vet from Central America who must have taken over the practice. It is right next to the I95. The place is dark, with no windows and looks like it hasn't been decorated for 30 years.
It was very cheap to spay ($45) but the animals came back terrified. Were they given any pain killers? Were they given antibiotics?
I drive past often and never see more than three to five cars in the lot. I don't know how the place survives.
