Horrible, not even think of going there.

This place used to be good until the owner brought his own family to work there and start taking any kind of client's option or decision as personal and treating them in a non-professional way. I have decided not to make my nails there one day because I didn't like the manicurists that were available and the owner called me on my private cell phone to complain and to tell me that I didn't need to go back in there!! Of course I will never, ever, step in that horrible place. They forgot that service is everything!

This place is very unprofessional and the customer services is deplorable. My wife, a regular customer, called to make an appointment with her regular manicurist; She wasn't there so my wife decided not to schedule it. Well, this group of anti socials called her to recriminate for her decision. very impolite, discourteous, rude and uncivilized... stay away from this place run by lunatics.

WORST experience. I had a TERRIBLE experience at this place, and this was before I set foot in the salon. I was ruuning late for a mani/pedi, for 10 minutes and they rescheduled my appointment, for an hour later, having a small baby I had just managed to get a babysttier and obviously ruined my plan. The worst part was the attitude, I politely complained that this had never happened to me before, explained the situation and the person said quite bluntly that I didn't have to come back if I didn't want to, that he didn't really care about loosing a client, and that it was frankly my fault for being disrespectfull for my tardiness. Seriously? for 10 minutes. I was SHOCKED. Having just moved from New York, where I was a regular at one of the best salons, I was seriously dissaponted in the lack of professionalism and class. And the place itself is tiny, and not really worth of mention. If you want to be treated with respect, I suggest looking some place else.

great staff,amazing massage/facial,beautiful nail work. i looove and cherish my days off!!

i spent sat. at WAXMEE and im SOOO happy i did!

the massage therapist and esthetician were absolutly fab!!

i got a mani and pedi at the same time and felt like a queen!

my 1st time there and it wont be my last!

they've been open 8 years and i know why :)

and they have a referal program im referring all my friends

everytime 1 comes in i get 15% off when i go in

Soooo Relaxing. This place is wonderful, the staff is very professional. My pedicure was amazing and super relaxing. I also waxed my eyebrows, and I don't know how they do it but it was it was completely painless. Other places I've been to leave my eyes swollen for hours and hurts like hell - not here!!!!

Best Wax on Brickell. There is a wonderful smell of eucalyptus, present, that makes you feel good inside. My wax was painless and came out great. The staff was very friendly, especially Susan.

Despite the other reviews regarding the "guy" at the front desk, I did not feel awkward or unconfortable, just because he's a man.(we're in the 21st century).

There's parking in the back a nice restaurant next door

Everyone I met was super freindly and laid back. I have an appointment to go back next week to try other services....

Great Wax. But awkward.. I found a 10% off coupon for this Spa, so i decided to try it. The wax was amazing, something I've never tried before, although they could clean their wax machines and NOT use the same stick for my full service. The lady who did my wax was very nice, but didnt not speak english but, there was virtually no pain. Although, when i first walked in I noticed there was a Male behind the counter which instantly made me feel awkward. I decided to try it anyways. I was not comfortable hearing his voice while i was practically nude having my bikini wax, then felt even more embarressed when he had to ring up my service, he took a long time ringing me up and it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Very unprofessional. I will continue going to my usual wax spa.

great wax n nails. my wax was painless and she did a perfect job!! the pedicure was sooo relaxing....

then i had to check out with a guy at the desk telling him what i just had done...alittle embarrassing...

Best European waxing salon in the Brickell / Downtown area. The staff if friendly, the wax is exclusive from Europe and the salon is open late. Their prices are reasonable and they offer great facials by the Yonka Paris French collection. They also offer dicounts for frequent customers and have specials for the holidays. I have been a client for over a year now and I'm very happy. They are located right next to a very good restaurant that I frequently go to called Tutu Pasta.
