The best work out!!!!!!!!.
I was advised by my doctor to try Pilates. I was thrilled to have found Indo in Aventura. The staff is incredible and the owner made me feel at home. If you forget your water or towel. . . . don't worry, they will provide it for you with a smile.
I love to work out. I finally found a place where everyone is certified. It was my first time i tried Realryder and it was amazing. I have rods in my back and thought it would be so painful but it turned out to be an incredible work out "pain free". If you want to be fit in 2010, give Indo a try, you won't regret it!!!
