Horrible @ 360 Condo Miami Beach. This company is horrible. I tried to call them and ask why I was paying $ for a service that gets only 3mb down and .5 up and service is always sporadic. I get quicker internet from my phone. Their cable is a joke also. They always go out then we decided to order a DVR box and they bring us this old Dish Network box and hook it up wihtout any instructions and crud on the remote. I called them the next day and told them to take it back. They charge too much an extra $60 for the DVR box and showtime.

Be aware if you move into a bldg with this service be careful and ask other people about their satisfaction with the cable and internet service provider. They dont care because you dont have a choice to use another company. I call them all the time and they give me bullcrap answers. He tries to say that my router messes up my service when I know its just their service.

My wife and I are ready to get out of our condo now just because of them. You know its bad when the Realtor who shows you the place says that hotwire sucks to potential buyers. Ask your realtor because you dont want to be in a condo where you dont have a choice and get stuck.

IF THEY OFFER HOTWIRE WHERE YOU LIVE..... MOVE!!!

I have had Hotwire for a couple weeks now and I can say that while the internet speed is fast and shows a down speed of around 20Mb/s the up only shows 5 and the TV flickers from time to time. Other than that, its not so bad if you have Netflix

Worst ISP ever. I'm stuck with Hotwire Communications because my building is forced to be with them and since the very beggining their services s u c k s, they advettise (and charge) for 1.5 mb speed but it only gets to .25 at its best, when you call customer service they will always reply "I don't know" to anything you ask, they only send a customer only after several clients complain of tech issues and the technician always come two or three days later, only to say that everything is fine and that there's nothing else to be done other than rebooting the modem.

Seriously stay away from this scammers, if you are planning on renting or buying and the building only has this suckers as their ISP go somewhere else, they even get angry when you call customer service, as if you were bothering with you calls.

I rated them one star because that's the minimum allowed, they deserve less.
