Unique Latin Food. Latin food with quite a flair. Unusual presentations and unique tastes. Off the main strip in South Beach in the Sanctuary Hotel. Eating outside was fabulous. The cigar ice cream desert came as a brown wrapped cigar shape with eatable matches in a large OLA ashtray!
