Awesome People. I arrived to Brides of America looking for one bridesmaid dress. I ended up buying my wedding dress, five bridesmaid dresses, the flower girls dress and my mom bought 2 dresses!

I went with one of my bridesmaids to order her dress, while she did that I looked through the wedding dresses aisle and I just saw this beautiful dress! David, the owner, saw my face and asked if i wanted to try it on, I was surprised I did not need an appointment as most places you do. That same day I bought that dress! Great price and great customer service.

David really knows what he is doing and gives recommendations of what fits you best. You do not feel pressured to purchase which is VERY different than other places.

I would buy in his store FOREVER If it was an option! jejeje

i purchase my Gown 5 month ago and only got the best service from him.

i shop in more that 5 bridal shops in the area and only David make me special

he is a great guy

i highly recommend Brides of America to all the Brides.

My dress arrive last week and my Bridesmaid arrive today.

hated working these people!. customer service is terrible! i needed to know the status of the bridesmaid dress, and they keep telling me that i need to talk to david and to call after 430pm every single time. and finally, after a month of calling them almost everyday, i snap at them saying, "who the hell is david and why do i need to always speak to him?" they say, "he's the manager and only he has access to the information." i say, "why the hell does he have people like you in the store if he's the only one that can help anyone?!?" they tell me to call back after 430 the next day. BUT, he never picks up the phone and i work during the hours that they're open during the week. And on the weekends, they're sometimes not there during their store hours!

the wedding is in 3 weeks and i have to get the dress altered too, those bastards

David call me yesterday to tell me he got the dress

the dress came early

i was expecting it by march

Do Not Recommend. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses 7 months ago and they still aren't in. Everytime I call and speak to the manager, David, he doesn't remember who I am. I have been calling him for 2 months now and have gotten nowhere. I had to get my fiance involved and he is more frustrated than I am. As soon as the dresses get there I am taking them and running. Unbelievable!

Best service, Best Wedding Gowns. I cannot believe anyone else has ever posted about this store.......I had an app there this past Saturday, the staff was so friendly and helpful...........Although the store is huge, you get the salespersons full attention and time. I had the pleasure and experience of the owner David Abadi. David is the sweetest man. I think he must have worked in the bridal business because he knew everything about everything.......He helped me find "THE GOWN", I could not be happier, I cried when I saw myself in the mirror..........I bought all my accessories that day also.......it is the prettiest store, so clean and organized. I am going back next weekend with my bridal party to choose gowns. Do yourself a favor, skip all the others and go to Brides of America, they have it all and you will have the best time.
