They actually guided me through the entire process. Their vehicles are in exclent condition. many looked brand new! I will recomend them higly, and would definitely return for my next vehicle!
I purchased a car, and I was totally satisfied with the experience. I had a repo from 3 years ago and still I was able to be financed when other dealers turned me down...Thnx car factory outlet.

Came down from Boca with some hesitation, but leaving very satisfied.
What a terrible experience. They will not honor the rates listed on their own website. I spent 4 hours "negotiating" with their finance manager to get them to even come close to their advertised rate. After my purchase I've realized that there are tons of things wrong with the car. Their follow up and customer service are terrible. Stay away!
One of the Worst Places to buy a Car!!!!!!! – I never saw these deals online, I actually just drove down to Miami from Ocala one weekend shopping for a car. I test drove the car and when it came to financing I didn't like the numbers so I left. After a couple of hours they began to call and text message repeatably. They Wanted me to come in because they were going to give me the deal i was asking for which was 50% and $370 monthly payment. This deal was granted to me and I purchased the truck.
I knew my credit was not the best this is the only way to get $13,000 car with $6000 which was a deal I was willing to agree on.
It has been two weeks Since my purchase and now they want me to a to drive back down and "sign new papers". Their claim is that we are going to be financing with a different bank now, after they assured me that the bank had approved my deal in a phone call after i left the dealer first time.. Since i disagree to the idea of me driving down to Miami on my money for a mistake they did and re-signing a contract that will cause me to pay more than what I already paid for.
They are now been nasty and rude to the point where I cant believe they are in business!!!!How can they claim to be "prestigious car dealership" !!!!The guy actually said that they are a prestigious dealership but they wont send someone with the new contract for me to review or pay for my expenses to come down !!!
In conclusion stay away from this place and Ive already contacted my lawyer.
A Bunch Of Scam Artists! – Bunch Of Scam Artists!
Went to Car Factory to see a Car that was listed for $11,500. After they pulled our credit and got bank financing for us, they told us it would be $7900 cash down, and $7900 financing(total $16,000). How did the price just go up $4500? The dealer told us to look in the fine print of the car listing. The fine print said that the price of $11,500 is after you put 20% down. What a scam! He tried to tell us that every car dealership does that and its a common practice. There was also a $1500 charge from the bank for giving us the loan. Our monthly payments were going to be $350 a month for 3 years, so we asked him what interest rate he got us and he told us " dont worry about the interest rate, can you afford the monthly payments?". We declined to get the car, as it was out of our budget, but when we got home we added up all of the numbers out of curiosity. Turns out the interest rate they were trying to sneak by us was 29%, yes, 29%!!!!!! After financing the car and paying it off in 3 years, we would have paid a total of $27,000 for that car. These people are the scum of the earth.
