The attention and the service as always was outstanding. The cars look newer and newer than ever; they practically look new...many are 2011 and 2012...keep it up guys. You are the best!

I am very pleased with the attention and the process of buying a car in this dealer. I have to recommend the salesman, Mario, very highly. he was very attentive and professional, and knew how to explain everything with lots of patience. I am 65 years of age and though I would not be able to qualify for a vehicle, but I was pleasantly surprised, when I was told I would be approved for whichever vehicle I would be interested in. I chose a mercedes benz c300, which has always been the car of my dreams. I test drove the car and loved it. It looked BRAND NEW for a 2010. it only had 29,000 miles. Everyone was very nice and the financing was perfect for me and mu budget. I thank everyone and will recommend car factory to all my friends and relatives.

MY PARENTS,PURCHASED THERE VEHICLE AT CAR FACTORY OUTLET,AND BOTH WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY RECIEVED ,SO MY PARENTS TOOK ME TO CAR FACTORY LAST WEEKEND ,AND I BOUGHT MY 2011 ALTIMA!!!!LOVE IT!!!!THANKS CAR FACTORY YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

I was completely satisfied with their service. Everyone from the Internet manager to the sales guys, to the general manager were very polite and helpfull. They actually guided me through the entire process. Their vehicles are in exclent condition. many looked brand new! I will recomend them higly, and would definitely return for my next vehicle!
