Their guy showed up at my house with no ladder after being told several times we had a 2 1/2 story house and the bees were up 25'. He stuck a can of something on a pole and sprayed it on the surface (we could have done that), charged us $295, and left. We still had bees, and my husband ended up taking care of it. RIP OFF!!!!
I highly recomend this company. I'm the facility supervisor at a private school in Miami and a swarm of bees established a hive in one of our buildings. I called Willie The Bee Man and the next day they were here. They found the honey comb right away and destroyed the bees and cleaned up their mess. The exterminators were very polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. Plus they take credit cards.
DON"T USE THIS COMPANY-THEY RIP YOU OFF!!.
They are very expensive..$200 for just a service call and they had to come twice since they never got rid of the bees! $400 and I still have the same probelm..I even paid more money to a roofer because they told me that was the problem and I STILL HAVE BEES...
I called several times to ask for them to come back and make it right and the OWNER told me too bad..nothing he can do!!! Isn't getting rid of Bees his whole job???
HORRIBLE COMPANY--STAY AWAY!!!
Bees kept returning and so did my fees!. This company is not a reliable company to do business with. I have had a problem with bees for years and I kept calling them on a recommendation from my exterminator. Well, they never did what they said, they took advantage of me as a person who was deathly afraid of bees and the bees kept returning and so did the amount they kept getting from me. To date, they have charged me over 1,000.00 and I had to call another company. Very Disappointed!
They left the dead bees in my attic.. The technician was very nice and knew what he was doing. However, he left the dead bees in the attic. He didn't tell me I might want to go up there with the Shop-Vac. He didn't tell me to put some moth balls up there. He didn't tell me to replace the insulation before closing the gaping hole he made in my ceiling. He told me those things after I called back and complained about the terrible smell seeping into my house. He came back over, cut a quarter-sized hole in another part of the ceiling and gave me a bottle of God-knows-what to spray up there. Bottom line is my son's room stinks so badly he can't sleep in there because they didn't remove the bees, only the honeycombs. You would think for $500 they could have spent 5 minutes to vacuum up the dead bees. Call a different company.
