This place is soooo cheesy :).
Great pizza. The margerita isn't too dry or too saucy, which is what I think is the major problem with places that make a bad margerita pizza. They have tons of other flavors too in case the basic margerita isn't your thing. Bonus: they're open til late at night (or early in the morning depending on how you look at it).

Not So Great.
Very busy pizza place at a great busy location. A lot of variety of tasty toppings but thick soft dough makes it barely edible.
Shared a square slice for lunch. Was not impressed. It's success must be the location.

South Beach pizzeria offers an authentic slice of northern Italy..
In Short
Italians often scoff at the way the Americans have mangled their recipe for pizza. But this is the real deal--no thick, doughy, greasy concoctions here. Instead, Rustica features several delicious, huge slices of gourmet, authentically Tuscan pizza. Spinach and Gorgonzola cheese are in harmony with a bit of olive oil and garlic on a slate of the delicious, crispy dough. There's also four-cheese, arugula and rosemary potato, among others.
