BEWARE! I am DISGUSTED by how I was treated! Save yourself a lot of money and ensure a great experience. Go to Rik Rak!

I was charged almost $300 when all I wanted was a few streaks and a blow out. I didn't get what I wanted, but I did get for this astronomical price: ombré hair that was never discussed at all, a salon bill that busted my wedding budget because I still had to go to Rik Rak a month later to be aisle ready, dye and bleach ALL over my feet and the floor, cigarette smell, and a discussion amongst the staff members about smoking weed and how cool it would be if I paid for them all to go to my wedding. I was completely panicked and uncomfortable the whole time waiting for it to be over. I cried the whole drive home. Bride's nightmare!

I'm really surprised at all the amazing reviews on here. This place was so unprofessional. Stylists had a screaming match while I was there. I wont get into details. Professional and courteous are the last words I'd use to describe the experience. Please go and read yelp review. They are much more honest and helpful.

After buying a Groupon I had Carlos do my hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted it! Carlos is really nice, polite, very professional, and took care of my hair. I love my highlights and the cut he gave me. I will definitely go back!

Carlos is the best� I've been going to. Carlos is the best� I've been going to allure salon and getting my hair done with Carlos for the past 8 years. He does my hair color, hair extensions, and Keratin treatment. No one believes that I have hair extensions on and my hair color is always perfect. My hair used to be completely damaged until I met Carlos; he saved my hair. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Carlos is worth the wait for appointments. I did a Cut & Highlight Groupon at Allure Salon with Carlos and had to wait because they had sold over 800 Groupons. the schedule was tight but they accommodated me as best as possible a bit of inconvenience but well worth the excellent service. A little price to pay for beauty!

Did Carlos write all of these reviews?. These people are SO rude!! I got to Main Highway but couldn't find the store front, so I called to see which way I needed to go. Carlos answered the phone 'You have to call back later we are so busy bye'. I had to call back again, which is answered the phone the same way, and explained to him that I had an appointment and just needed to know which way the salon was. So so so sooooo rude!! They were not crazy busy, but there were only 2 stylist, so maybe that is what he thought was 'busy' (if that is the case, I am sorry but you have business issues). I was the only person waiting. They finally took me 30 minutes after my appointment time. TERRIBLE customer service, wow. I think Carlos went in and wrote all of these reviews.

Carlos at allure salon is Amazing!. I was looking up salons in Coconut Grove and came across these reviews and thought I'd give Carlos a try! Not only was it affordable but my hair has never looked so great!

Carlos is FABO!. I have been going to Carlos in excess of 15 years. I wouldn't think of using another stylist. Plus, I have friends who have also been going to him the same amount of time. Need I say more???
