Sandra & Amazing Blonde Color!. I've lived in San Diego my whole life and have always gone to the same hair stylist, who knew exactly how to color and cut my hair. Being blonde, it's really important that my stylist knows how to tone it correctly so it doesn't turn out brassy, too golden, grey, etc. When I moved to Miami I was really nervous to find a new hair stylist that could do this, and went to a few places and had miserable experiences.

When I went to Allure Salon Sandra was so helpful, knew exactly what she was doing, fixed my hair and made it look beautiful! The color was perfect and just what I had been looking for. She is great with other colors too, which I found out after I got to talking to her about hair. If your looking for amazing stylists go to Allure in the Grove it's beyond worth it!

Great Salon in the Grove. I've been going to Allure for over 14years and am currently on my 3rd hairdresser Carlos, only because the other 2 left. He's great-from cutting hair, colour and he does make. I always enjoy going to Allure, it's a fun and relaxing experience with no surprises except good ones! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

My guy in Miami. Joaquin was definitely "my guy" for Japanese straightening when I lived in Miami. I referred three friends, who were also completely thrilled with their results. I have since moved away, and have tried to find an equal in Colorado with no luck. So when I went to visit for a long weekend, I figured I'd stop by and see if Joaquin was still there. He was!! And being his usual fabulous self, he worked me in so that I could get my hair straightened before I was off to the airport. Thank you Joaquin, you are absolutely the best around!

Love this Salon!. I have gone to this salon for a couple of years. When my original stylist left the salon, I went to a different salon...who completely botched my bangs! I called Allure back up and went to Sandra. She was amazing! I love my new haircut, and my bangs are fixed! I highly recommend her!

PERFECT BLONDE WITH SANDRA!!!!. I have lived in 6 different states and move around a lot. And with that comes the challenge of finding a new hair stylist/colorist. I'm a blonde and I am extremely picky when it comes to color. I'm in tv broadcasting and so good hair is a MUST! I have never been more happy with my color than with Sandra at Allure. She is amazing and has truly mastered the perfect blonde. I always walk out feeling so refreshed.

Sandra is extremely laid back and down to earth.

I recommend her wholeheartedly!!! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Juan Pablo. I went in to Allure Salon hearing from a friend that they give great haircuts. I, being a skeptic, was a little hesitant at first considering almost every haircut I've received in my entire life has resulted in my shaving my head almost immediately after (I'm a guy by the way). Juan Pablo gave me an incredible haircut and I'm now convinced that even someone like me, who's had the WORST luck with haircuts ever, can make Allure my go to place for my haircuts. I strongly recommend going here!

BEST blond color in Miami area!!. Just moved to Miami 8 weeks ago, and was looking for a salon that specialized in blondes. Starting researching and found out there is an amazing colorist at Allure Salon, her name is Sandra Madjdi. I am by far very picky on my hair and since I'm not a true natural blonde but want to look like I am I need someone that specializes in blondes and I won't walk out with yellow or brassy looking hair.

Sandra seriously made my hair look like I just walked out of the BEST salon in LAX! She rocks, I move around a lot and will now fly to Miami just to see her no matter what! If you want the best go check out Allure Salon and ask for Sandra Madjdi! You won't be disappointed, promise!

Great cut and color with Joaquin, Thank you!!!. This is the first time I have written a review for a hairdresser. I must say that I am over joyed with my cut and color.....Joaquin, was so pleasant to work with...I called in at around 10 and by 1. I was out the door with an excellent haircut and color....He listened to what I wanted;.I feel 10 years younger tonight....Love the color....the cut is as good as cuts that I have paid way too much for.....The price was very resonable....Joaquin, is a very gentle soul and nice to work with....Thank you again....Yvette

Newly Devoted Fan. This is the first time I've written a review of anything, but I had to write this one because I truly love the way Sandra did my hair. I just started going to Allure because my manicurist just moved there (Marilyn is amazing too), and she mentioned to Sandra that I wasn't happy with the current state of my hair. I made an appointment with her the next day, and I am so glad I did. Sandra fixed everything that I saw wrong with my color, cut, and style. I was skeptical when I walked out because she made it darker than I am used to, but it works. Whenever I go back to a darker color I can't stand it and go back to light within a couple of days, but this time I LOVE IT. She knew exactly the right tone to use that fits my skin coloring and face shape.

I cannot recommend her enough.

Haircut Psychic. I am really particular when it comes to my hair and so I was nervous about going anywhere to get my hair cut period. I chose Allure because I had been there before and had good haircuts, but I was in a really weird in between phase and this time I wasn't certain.

I was paired up with Sandra and gave her the pictures of the haircut I wanted. She looked briefly at them and seemed certain she knew what to do (ok, I'm going with it)

Half an hour later and my hair is perfect. She nailed it on the head and gave me exactly what I wanted and a little more. Not only that but she had some really great tips on how to keep my hair looking great.

On top of that it was like she is a hair swami and knew all the conditions my hair goes into and what it looks like when she's not around. Amazing!

If you want a exactly what you want go to Allure Salon and ask for Sandra! :)
