changed price from 113.00 to 191.00 without notice. I opened my unit in August and in February they changed my price from 113.00 to 191.00.

I found the price change on my bank statement. I never received an email, phone call, or a letter about the change. The person on the phone said they mailed a letter on January 28, but billed my account February 2.

I was informed that I have a month to month agreement and they can change the price when ever they want. If this information was disclosed at the beginning, then I would not have agreed to store my items there.
