Yao Animal Hospital

Rude and unprofessiona. I have taken my dog to Dr. Yao for the last several years. After moving from the area, I had to take my dog to a vet closer to where I currently live. Today I deceided to return to Dr. Yao, and it will be my last. Dr. Tassio was the doctor on duty and to say that she was rude is an understatement. We tried to explain some of the issues we have had with our dog, and she point blank told us to take him back to the other vet that had seen him most recently. We had already explained the reason why we were not able to bring him there but rather than listen she was set on continuing to be rude. At one point I made a state about how we had always brought him there and her response to me was "don't BS me", needless to say I became very irrate and had to walk away..while my partner remain in the room with the dog, the assistant and that woman. The entire time we were there she was condisending and down right unprofessional. It is a shame that Dr. Yao has so called Doctors working for him. This type of behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances. I for one will not return to this facility.…
