The best way to do exercise. Being a lady in my sixties I know the importance of keeping in shape. I highly recommed it, since I have noticed the changes in my body plus the vitality so necessary at our age. Also my doctor is very happy that I am doing weights since your bones deteriorate with age and the only way to prevent this is through exercise. My trainer is very good and I feel very comfortable working with him, he is very professional.
