What a pleasure! I highly recommend them!. Moving is never a fun... except with Miami Movers - Best Rate Moving! They made the entire process pain free and fast. Very prepared and ready to do the job... even though I did my own packing they came prepared with a few extra "last minute" boxes- very handy when you get down to those last little bits without a box to spare! Super great crew, Walter, Kirill and Ken, all helped make my move super smooth. They were very energetic and truly happy to help! What a pleasure! I highly recommend them!

by far-the most professional movers!. I read the reviews on city search a week after my move. for me, this had been the most amazing experience with a moving company! i moved so many times and always got "screwed", this is the first time i was given a price and was promised service and got them all!

someone here posted that they showed up with no uniform or company truck? who cares?, in my case they did, but all the times i moved before, i had movers coming with the company name on the truck and they couldnt care less about my goods or the price they tripled!

i highly recommend flatrate moving, and thanks Kiko for the great service!!!!

Fast and Efficient but used Sneaky Tactics for Extra Money. I completed my move earlier this week. Overall, the move went well, however there were a number of things that were done not in accordance with the contract. The movers showed up on time which was nice. However 1. They were not in uniform, 2. They were not driving a company vehicle, and 3. Upon arrival at my new apartment we had an issue. I know the contract states that for extended haul over 100 ft there is an additional charge. I had previously discussed this with my sales associate who said up to 150 ft is no problem. I had no problem paying for a legitimate distance over the limit, however, the head of my moving crew told me that since he had just rented the truck that morning he had not brought along any measuring tools. He then proceeded to "GUESS" at what the distance was, and how much he was going to charge me. First he said I would need to pay him $80 additional, then he told me that he thought it was really more than that, and I should pay him $100. He agreed to settle for $60, and said that if I was unwilling to pay that, that he would need to call his company and not complete the move. Therefore I was given no option but to pay what he thought was appropriate. I told him I would pay in cash. At the end of the transaction, he failed to notate any additional charges on the bill, and promptly pocketed my $60 in cash.

Overall, although the movers were fast and did take apart and set up furniture, I will not be recommending this company to friends in the future because of this experience.

Unorgnized - don't take responsibility for their error. I am in the process of moving from Miami to New York. Although they are professional on the phone, they are claiming that I never confirmed the delivery date. I am in New York waiting for all of my possessions, and my stuff is still in Florida.

They are not willing to compromise, and want to charge me an additional $475 to deliver my stuff on an exact date.

They know they are a good mover and are not willing to work with their customers, since they think you won't go anywhere else

"Best move", I thought..... My move was from coast to coast. It was from Florida to California. I look on the rates of this page and believe it since most of the reviews were 5 stars even though there were not much in between. I call the company and all. It was set up. Pick up was fine just that they charge 50% at least on pickup, it was okay. I did not check exact time but it was around the time they told. Then at arrival, we need to pay before checking if items were complete. We pay since we recognize some items. I was checking all the items and they end up missing one item and they call and it was still in Florida and he promise that he will bring it the next week. Never heard of him anymore. I call the salesman who was attentive when presenting the service but now he just forward me to dispatch. The guy at dispatch sound careless about the item and offer me the claim. I want my item not the claim and the base insurance with the item is $0.60 per pound which is nothing except if those were rocks. I had some important books and other values in there. This is a real review. I give them an extra start for almost carrying everything. However, bad service on missing items. Lucky those that have everything.
