Great Sushi and Awsome latin twist. I am not an expert in food, but like many of you I find gastronomical pleasures an oasis from our busy modern lives. Sushi is perhaps the culinary statement of today, and what I LOVE about Sushi Runner is how they merged traditional sushi flavors with Latin American and Caribbean twists. I recommend this restaurant to the traditional sushi eater as well as the more adventurous ones. Oh!!! Prices are very reasonable.

Make sure to check your bill.... I’ve been ordering from the Doral location for many years. However most of the times I never get a receipt besides the credit card receipt. On June 17th I decided to place an order for pick up for only one item, for which I know the price (Chicken Pad Thai $11.95). When I got to the location to pick up my order I was told the total was $14.93. At that point I asked if they have changed the prices and the person who took my order (Alvaro) said “Yes, months ago”. I was a little bit confused but I took my order and left. When I got home I checked the receipt (something I never get) and I noticed they’ve charged me for a Scallops Pad Thai which is $13.95, but for my surprise I did get exactly what I order: a Chicken Pad Thai. I decided to call the manager (Guillermo) the next morning and besides the fact that he was somehow trying to blame it on me (because apparently it's my fault that the prior times I've ordered I didn't request a receipt), and he didn’t believe me when I told him that I had gotten the correct order but I was charged for something more expensive (even though I offered to go over there and show him the leftovers I still had) he simply hang up on me. It’s obvious that this person doesn’t care about losing customers

It’s very clear to me that what they’re doing is to charge customers a more expensive item while giving them the correct order in order to make more profits and since it’s only a small amount most of the customer probably won’t notice, but it doesn’t matter the amount this is ILLEGAL.

THE BEST SUSHI EVER!!!!!!. the best sushi in town is in sushi runner!!! you have to try it !!!!!=P you're gonna love it<3 my friends order all the time !!!! and they deliver =D

Started off Great, did not last. I have been ordering from Sushi Runner possibly from the first week it opened and it really was wonderful. As time went on, the quality slowly deteriorated to the point where my order this week was simply horrendous. Service has also gradually deteriorated as well.

I am very disappointed and will never order from them again

CASUAL AND RELAXED GOOD QUALITY SUSHI RESTAURANT. I HAVE EATEN IN THE DORAL LOCATION AND IN THE NEW MIAMI LAKES LOCATION AND THINK IT IS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. DEFINETLY A+. FOOD QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE AMBIENCE IS PLEASENT

Mediocre food - the WORST customer service!. It?s been a while since we've been ordering food here. The food is very inconsistent but still eatable. But today the chicken teriyaki was worst than ever: the chicken was hard as a shoe sole and dry. It looked to me that was an old and re-heated piece of meat. Chicken was so bad that even with my hunger I couldn?t pass beyond the second bite.

I called to complaint and the rudest, impolite and insolent person (I assumed was the manager or owner) answered and challenged my opinion; I do have a business myself and I would not dare to talk to my clients in that way.

She even told me that either I eat the food or she?ll pick it up, which she did, by the way!

Now I am disgusted knowing that the food that was picked up may end in somebody else?s dinner.

Bottom line, avoid this place, you might get yelled at! I won?t be back and I don?t recommend.
