What a nightmare. Robert Perez is still no where to be found! He has obviously taken other people's money! I am waiting for my court date to see the outcome of this! There is also a department in Miami Dade that deals with fraud contractors! This "man" has taken $7,000 of my money knowing I am a single mother and "ran away" "according to his wife". What a nice person huh?

He also presented a contractos license to my condo association which I found out did NOT belong to him. When I contacted the contractor whose name was on the license he was not aware that Robert was doing this! This guy is a FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

Took our money and dissapeared!. Robert Perez was supposed to do a room extension in our condominium unit and after months of excuses and delays he dissapeared with our $24M deposit for the job to be performed.

Ran away with my money!. I hired Robert Marble and tile to do renovation work in an apartment I recently purcahsed. I wrote him a check for close to $7,000 (50% deposit) and he was suppose to pull permits on July 30 and he is no where to be found! I've called his phone several times it goes straight to voicemail. I even went to his house (which is the address he provided me on the contract) and spoke to his wife on 2 different occassions. He is gone and no where to be found! No one knows where he is. I am a single mother and depended on him to help me. Now I cannot move foward with the renovations. I had to go downtown and file papers to put him in court! What a mess.
