A costly facelift to the 1940s Shelborne Beach Resort allowed this hip club to open in late 2005. Guests savor the flavors of then and now in the grand lobby and three-tiered ballroom. The lobby's crystal chandelier contrasts with the multicolored LED lights, and the ballroom where Fred and Ginger once danced now thumps with house music. Outside by the pool, guests chill to ambient music and eat tapas such as lobster cakes or mini-Reubens.
