Judge Protects Rights Without Prejudice.
I presently have this judge assigned to my case and I can honestly state that he renders decisions based on the facts of a case in an objective and unbiased manner.
It's unfair to call a judge clueless and ignorant who has practiced law successfully for over 30 years from someone not versed in the law.

JUDGE FAILS TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT.
THIS IS A FAIR AND FRIENDLY WARNING. IF YOU GET ASSIGNED THIS JUDGE FOR ANY REASON, QUICKLY ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT. YOU WILL NOT GET A FAIR TRIAL. HE IS UNFAIR, CLUELESS AND FAILS TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT EVEN WHEN SHOWN AND TOLD ALL THE EVIDENCE. IGNORING THE FACTS HE STARTS TO ASSUME HIS OPINION. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAME WHEN ONE ASSUMES.
