Thanks to Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs I look my best ever in my bunny costume. As a Playboy Playmate and past certerfold (October '04) I have to look my best at promotional appearances. I got a wonderful booking for a red carpet event but was given the ultimatum, "Look your best or no more bookings!" I had to act fast and get in shape to wear my "bunny bikini." I did my research and luckily found a Pilates studio in Coral Springs that offered the highest quality of instruction in the South Florida area. I chose Fran Perel, owner of Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs because she has so much Pilates training experience and Pilates certifications. I knew doing Pilates would be my life saver and it would be well worth the one hour ride to Coral Springs daily. I was able to get lean and toned in only one moth of Pilates classes. Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs has the most variety and number of Pilates classes in Coral Springs at so many convenient times, I was able to do a combination of Pilates mat, Pilates sculpt and Pilates equipment classes 5 days a week. Not only that, I now have a faulous new rear, all muscle, that I didn't have before. Fran Perel makes Pilates classes so much fun; she make you work and still laugh and is so motivating! She always changes up the the Pilates exercises, no more routine worouts at the gym! Oh yes, before I forget, I gained an inch in height thanks to better posture and stretching from Pilates. If you want to see results and get maximum attention in small group Pilates classes at the lowest price in Coral Springs or South Florida, this is the Pilates studio for you. I've belonged to many gyms in Coral Springs over the years. I still belong to a gym to do cardio, as most Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs clients also do. I tried the free Pilates classes they offer in my Coral Springs gym, but I was just lost in a dark crowded room with 38 bodies and an instructor who was doing some combination of stretching and a mess of combination moves with even more stretching in between. Nothing ever worked until I came to Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs. Although the big, brand new gyms offers free Pilates classes, they don't come close to what it is like to do Pilates with studio owner Fran Perel. Fran was trained by Mary Pilates, niece of the inventor of the method, Joseph Pilates. You don't get any closer to traing with Joseph Pilates than training with Fran. The Pilates studio atmosphere is warm and cozy, the people are friendly but most importantly, Fran is the most knowledgeable Pilates instructor in Coral Springs. She GENUINELY CARES ABOUT EVERY CLIENT and THEIR SEEING RESULTS, gives everyone maximum attention and here prices are the lowest in Coral Springs. Seeing that you stick with it and stay on track all are all in a day's work for Fran. She is there for any client in need, in many different ways. Fran is always accessable by phone, even when her Pilates studio is closed. She's always working to give you the classes YOU want and what ever it take to fit Pilates classes into your already busy schedule. I recently started taking Pilatesculpt (federally trademarked and invented by Fran Perel) and Pilates Tower Equipment classes and in one month have toned my thighs and honed my hips to fit into one size smaller jeans!!!!! My muscles are tight and toned without bulk. This is the first year I'm looking forward to New Year's Eve. I can't wait to put on the new dress I bought, I'm so proud of how I look! Thanks Fran Perel and Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs. I plan on sticking with you long into the future!
