In Short
Add hip, lively clientele and art deco furniture to the tired business-driven upscale steakhouse concept and you have Prime One Twelve. The modern twist finds polished patrons slicing into their dry-aged steaks in red-bricked dining rooms; washing it all down with chilled wines from the spacious cellar that houses 900 different varieties. Prime One Twelve is a professional athlete hotspot so mind the crowds--and starry-eyed guests--on major sporting event nights.

We had a fantastic experience at Prime 112! Made reservations less than a week in advance for Memorial Day weekend for 7:30 on Thursday night and were seated within 20 minutes of arriving - perfect for getting a drink at the bar and enjoying a piece of their signature bacon bar snack. Filet was cooked to perfection, grouper was to die for and mac & cheese was the best we have eaten. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We tried this restaurant after hearing mixed reviews about it and were seated late with careless service, in an overcrowded room with average food. We ate at Devito the next night and loved it.. Much better steaks and Italian food and great service with twice the ambience...

My husband and I dine at Prime 112 whenever in Miami and it is by far our favorite restaurant. We have never had a bad experience and the food and service is always consistently amazing. We learned from our first dinner to avoid ordering entrees and instead having apps and sides to enjoy more variety from the extensive menu. Go in with a good attitude and be prepared to wait and you will not be disappointed. Try to save room for the deep fried oreos.

Save Money:
Valet parking will run you $15 over the weekend but will set you back just $10 on Monday through Thursday.
The Extras:
If you have to wait for your table, you won't mind grabbing an acrylic-padded stool at the bar. Yes, the cocktails are pricey but your inner carnivore will be pleased with the complimentary bacon strips served in lieu of peanuts or pretzels.
