Dont' stay Here!-Take my advice..
This Hotel really is bad. The concierge is very poor and unattentive. My rooms was smelly and moldy.
The rooms need serious renovation. Yes it may be low priced and pictures of their nice lobby may entice you but please look for another hotel there are many others in South Beach.

Near licon road. hotel was a gem near everyting south beach has to offer. rooms are clean and staff is very helpful.
