Delicious food - but the service?. Great food, and if it's not too busy you'll get fast service. Definitely make a reservation. The Sunday breakfast is wonderful. The manager there is this blond lady who always looks haggard and stressed out. The hostesses are snobby and not outgoing and when they are outgoing it's fake or cordial. The waiters? They do their job, but don't come across like they love their job. I don't get the love their job vibe which for what we pay and tip them we should get. I recommend it if you want to say you ate at the Ritz and the Sunday Brunch like I said yum, yum, yum. Definitely worth the money. I will say the employees there aren't afraid to have a conversation with you. I'm just left wondering what's going on behind the scenes (are their managers yelling at them) to not feel the joy from their job.

The Best Around. I have been a regular patron of Americana since it opened. I have to say that it offers -- by far -- the best service on South Beach, period. The wait staff is superbly trained and attentive to your every need, with no exceptions. The food is excellent -- another exciting breath of fresh air on South Beach. The setting is extremely private and cozy, which makes it a great place for romantic meals or cozy meals with good friends. The Lapidus Bar is also a great meet and greet place with beautiful decor. This is a MUST for anyone who lives in Miami. Simply put, there is no place like it!

Best Service on the Beach. WOW - Americana is definitely the place to be! Wonderful food - all of your favorite classics with a twist - Lobster Grilled Cheese for lunch is a must have. Kobe Beef Meatloaf for dinner.....need I say more. The Chef has out done himself!! Stop in on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays and hear a great jazz trio - with a grand piano in the center of the restaurant....Perfect first date restaurant!

Amazing Food. I dined at Americana last night, what an amazing experince. The Lobster Rockerfellr was by far one of the most amazing dishes I have ever eaten.

Everyone with me was so amazed, hotel restaurants on the most part are so so, well Thank you and hats off to Americana and The Rits Carlton South Beach because this is 5 star food and service, and the wines prices were great, we had a bottle of great champagne for $55, and most of their wines are priced in the $30 range very un-like South Beach.

I will be back, my new favorite place!
