Better Then Expected... & Then Some!. AMAZING!!!

Miracle Mile is the place to go for wedding dresses, as anyone in Miami surely knows. I went to Priscilla of Boston, Alegria and various other well-known bridal stores but nothing compared to Merlili - by far the best with regard to service, options and knowledge.

Martha, whom I believe is the store manager, is very pleasant and eager to assist without being overly pushy. When I first went in she was warm to me and my bridesmaids and very accommodating.

Lily, the owner, truly knows her stuff when it comes to bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. The moment I showed Lily the dress I was interested she immediately knew the name and style and pulled it out of the rack.

Apart from these great traits, the dresses at Merlili are easy to glance through and very well priced. If they did not have something in the store they were willing to help in ordering it and making sure everything came in, in time for the BIG DAY!!

Also, I have to say that the seamstress (whose name I cannot remember is SUPERB!!) - I am 4'11' and picked a beautiful handmade lace dress which of course came in too long; the seamstress had to manually hem the dress TWICE and did it without question!



Hands-down I would not trade my experience at Merlili for any other.

So disappointed with this vendor. So disappointed with Merlili Bridal, due to poor customer service. I ordered all my bridesmaids dresses with this vendor and when they finally arrived, they forgot to mention that the alterations person does not work on saturday. One of my bridesmaids drove from Orlando to Merlili (Coral Gables), and the sales women told her to get it altered at a dry cleaner.( I am livid)
