Food was great. Atmosphere worth it. We went during the week(Thurs.) had a great time. Very swanky and upscale. Restaurant was not overly crowded and food was fabulous. Great service. Highly recommended. No problem parking.

Terrible Service and So-So Food. The restaurant is beautiful. I thought we were in for a special evening. When the music started, it was so loud that all conversation ended. The menu was very interesting but the food didn't taste as good as it sounded. Service was terrible.

We would never go back again. With all the great restaurnats in the area (Coral Gables and Doral) why waste your money here?

Good food & drinks, nice ambience. This place is nice. The food is good and it offers a full bar. It can get pretty loud though so it can be difficult for large groups to hear each other unless you get a separate room. The tapas selection is very good and original.

Inventive Latin cuisine brings a spark of flavor to upscale Coral Gables.. In Short
In Spanish, Chispa means "spark," a theme followed through from the fiery decor--warm yellow lighting, orange tablecloths, dark wood benches--to the spicy cuisine. Seemingly simple starters like pieces of mahi mahi are kicked up with a sour orange aioli; clams are served with fermented black beans, garlic and aji secco. Weekly specials range from fish to fowl to the farm, each spiked with chili, citrus or herb crusts.

GREAT FOOD & DECOR. This place has delicious food. Try the risotto with shrimp and pork. It will have your taste buds going crazy. Great Wine list and service. The Decor of CHispas is really pretty.

Terrific. This restaurant was most enjoyable! Good value, nice ambience, good mojitos, great service. A very enjoyable experience.
