RUN FAR FAR AWAY!. Terrible, the people that works at this salon can no do a simple relaxer. After they botched my relaxer she had an assistant try to straighten my hair with an iron I did not want to add heat to my hair after sitting under a dryer for an hr and getting a chemical put in but I agreed until the assistant proceeded to burn the back of my hair on the first pass. I immediately stopped the incompetent assistant and went to pay for the service, Jenny decided to do me a "favor" and subtract ten bucks from the price yet I still felt cheated, I essentially payed to get my hair jacked up looking worse than before I went in.

RUDE & CRUDE!. I found these people through an app on my phone and I called to verify their location. They cursed me out and hung up the phone on me!!! I called back, thinking there was a misunderstanding and they did the same thing! Obviously they don't want any new customers!!!

Check it out. Jenny's is one of the best salons I have ever visited. The staff is very professional and courteous. The environment is very clean. It's as if your visiting someone at their home. I have been there several times, and I can honestly say I am never there over two and a half hours.

I love the fact that you can walk in without an appointment and not sit there all day. Movies are shown on large flat screen TV's for your enjoyment as well as refreshments that are served by the hostess of the salon. Jenny your salon rocks!!!!

Fabulous!. Service is unlike anything I've ever seen before for a haitian hair salon. I was blown away by how fast the service was and how the people worked there were nice. They even serve light refreshments all I gotta say is that if you haven't been Jennys you aint seen nothing yet!

Good Hair Day. Thanks for giving me a Good Hair Day. It's the first one I had in over a year. Now my hair is strait and smooth. Excellent prices and good attitude.
