Thank you for a beautiful experience. I just wanted to take the time to actually post a review online. I don't usually take the time to do this, but I have to say "THANK YOU" for all your assistance. You helped me look beautiful on my big day. Your kindness and "PATIENCE" with my family and me was greatly appreciated. From helping me select the perfect gown down to the final fitting, you were all there to cater to all my needs. I could not have had a more wonderful experience than working with you all. Words could not express how grateful I am to the Ever After Family.

Glowing Reviews From Staff? This place is awful!. I would try this store for their selection of designer gowns, just to try them on. However, for purchasing- do yourself a service and order the dress elsewhere. The staff are not knowledgeable and do not know the correct pricing for some of their dresses. I was told the cost of my dress was thousands of dollars more than what it actually was. If I had ordered from Vera Wang directly, I would have been better off. Once bringing this to the attention of a Vera Wang store rep in NYC, I was told they had heard of this unethical behavior from Ever After in the past. The Ever After store owner offered to make-good but was unresponsive with follow up. The price adjustment took weeks past what I was originally promised, and I strongly recommend all brides go elsewhere to avoid getting misled. Getting your dress is such an special experience, and you should go some place where you won't be at risk of being taken advantage of.

Ever After miami -Customer service Queens. Ever After Miami turned a disaster into happy day.

After receiving an ODLR dress that was 3 sizes too small-1 week before the wedding day with no time to order a replacement from ODLR, Camille stepped in and asked me to send the dress back in to miami and they will do what they can to make it work. I shipped the dress back overnight under their account, the received it and gave me daily updates:

they turned a new size 6 dress into a size 10 with new corset over the weekend and reshipped it back to me 4 days before the wedding, without ever meeting or measuring the bride, and the dress fits perfectly.

they managed to pull off the impossible and a process that takes 3 months into 3 days, my bride got her dress today and it fits perfectly, she is crying. Ever after if i have to do it again i know where to go.

Fabulous Experience!!. I had an amazing experience at Ever After. I knew that they were the only salon to go to in Miami, and their selection of gowns is incredible!!!!! I found the one after a fabulous appointment complete with champagne, and the putting together of entire looks. They helped me find exactly what I was envisioning, which happened to be Vera Wang. The entire process of ordering, to fittings, to delivery was flawless. My gown fit like a glove, literally. They offer a delivery and dressing service which is SUCH a help on your day! This place is really the only place for brides in Miami!

Ever After is the best of the best!. I want to thank everyone at Ever After for making my day sooooo special! From the day I walked in their doors I was treated like royalty. Their selection of gowns it truly like none other in Miami. Everything was from new collections, and incredibly gorgeous. My appointment was the best experience, and finding the one was even better. We had champagne and a mini-photography session to show my dad the gown. My gown arrived exactly when they said, my fittings went flawless, I had no worries. The day of it was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better service and detail to attention on my wedding day! Thank you again.

An overall amazing experience. I bought my Vera Wang gown at Ever After last summer at a trunk show. They are so attentive and really make sure to find the perfect dress for you. After I bought my gown, their customer service was top-notch, anything I needed at any time was always available. They always returned my phone calls the same day. My gown arrived, (I lost 20 lbs) and they fit my gown with so much ease, I never felt nervous. Your fittings are in their showroom, its really cool. Their advice is the best, and at my final fitting everything was perfect. Like really. I tried on one last time just to make sure and then they pressed and packed it for me to take! I can't wait to wear it!!!! Three of my friends got their gowns at Ever After and have all had the same experience. A++++

Gorgeous Gowns!!!. Brides to be, this place is amazing! The dresses were all so pretty, I had such a hard time trying to figure out which one I liked best! There are all different types of dresses there. If you are looking for true couture gowns, I would give this place a stop. Not to mention you are treated like a queen when you enter their doors, its nice for a change!!!

The Best. I am a client at Ever After in Miami, I bought my bridal gown at this salon. I get married this weekend so I wanted to go ahead and post reviews! I had a wonderful experience. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The owner, Camille is fabulous! We did custom work on my Vera Wang and it came out perfect. I was always promptly waited on at every fitting. Great vendor!
