Editorial Review for Four Seasons Hotel – by Rick Munarriz
In Short
Breaking from the ground-floor tradition, everything from the lavish lobby to the tropical pool is on the hotel's 7th floor. Patrons are greeted there by a one-ton Botero sculpture that stands out amid the earthy hues. Guest rooms ooze opulence, with marble and granite detailing in the oversized bathrooms. Down pillows and duvets will keep you snug at night; satellite television, CD and DVD players, and wireless Internet is available in the lobby.

Insider Tips
Know Before You GoThe hotel offers three pools, but none as unique as the Palm Grove Pool, which offers a tree-lined oasis of lounge chairs submerged in shin-deep water.
Save MoneyWhile you can pay a premium for a Biscayne Bay view room, the standard city view is equally inspiring.
User Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel

Four Seasons is always my first choice of Hotel whenever I travel. Nice room and worth the money (facilities, reception). The only disappointment was the lack of service and that staff members were very arrogant. Surprised to see that at such beautiful stylish hotel. Staff members at the cafe not even greet their customers upon arrival! The biggest disappointment though, was the lack of information, inexperienced concierges. Reading on someone else's review, we had to ask for dinner recommendations. None of the information given to us was helpful. They were friendly, but their concierge service need to be upgrade (knowledge wise). Their recommended nearby downtown restaurant, Mendoza, was simply mediocre, the second night we tried Duo (One block away from the Hotel), on friends suggestion, and was a far superior, impeccable, place, when mentioned to the concierge Betsy she said did not know about it!
Pros: rooms amenities
Cons: staff
