AVOIDTHESE GUYS. I went to this store to exchange a phone, I spoke to the agent and told him I needed to load the GPS on the phone. He looked through the phone and said he could not find it but he knew it was there. I waited about 10 minutes while he rudely looked. I saw there was a line so I said I would I would come back the next day. Well the next day he told me the phone was defective and I would have to exchange it at a company store,25! MILES AWAY. These guys are dishonest,you should avoid all non corperate Metero PCS Stores, If you have a problem, well too bad. AVOID THIS STORE , EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO BUY TWO TIN CANS

WELL I WENT TO ALL BISCAYNE BLVD ON A SUNDAY UNTILL I FOUND THIS STORE OPEN ON 118 AND BISCAYNE BLVD ,NO BODY ELSE OPEN????????
BEING HONEST THIS GUYS HELP YOU IF THEY CAN BUT IF THEY CANT THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE TOOLS TO FIX YOUR ISSUES , INEEDED TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AS THEY EXPLAIN TO ME , THEIR PC'S DIDNT LET THEM TO DO SO BUT THEY GIVE ME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER I CALL IN AND THEY REPROGRAM MY PHONE AT NO COST ,

bed attitude. Dave had a very bad attitude. If you don't buy the phone from them, Dave doesn't want to help. I hope NOT al the metro pcs is like that. Won't recommand the store at all
