Hate it!. When my husband gave me the gift card for this spa I was very happy! I always wanted to go to Enemis. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Unfortunately this was the most terrible, painful and scary facial of my life. The russian lady was really nice but she made me cry. My skin is not that bad at all, and even if was she need to be more careful. To complete my "relaxing" experience this was the first time that I was left with scars from a facial for at least 1 week! Absurd! I still have some money in the gift card but I am never going back!…

agree with 'Nahhhhh'. I've been to spa all over the world, and receive facial regular basis because I have an acne problem. I called one week advanced to make an appointment and I made a call to confirm for that day driving. Then they said they don't have my name on the list. I gave all my credit card info and etc. And phone reception was very cold and rude and cheap to say 'They are sorry'. Wasted my time. So I went to back next day, still rude receptionist, stood me up in front of her and answering phone calls non-stop. Spa is beatiful, but Janpanese silk facial was boring and nothing special, unresonablly over priced. I wouldn't repeat.…
