Great salon, great stylists, central location. I am from NY and visited South Beach a few months ago. I was staying at a hotel on Collins Ave and the concierge recommended that I go to Pipino Salon at the Shore Club Hotel. My appointment was thoughtfully confirmed the night before, and I was very pleased at how close by and convenient the hotel and salon were located. When I arrived at the salon, I was greeted by 2 people who quickly showed me to my seat, offered me coffee, tea, or a soda and a magazine. The salon is quaint and comfortable. They played pleasant music and I felt like I was getting personal and genuine attention, not like a huge salon where I'm just another head of hair. I was placed with a wonderful young man who gave me a thorough consulation and then I was lead to the back to put on a very luxurious soft black robe. I received an extremely relaxing shampoo and head massage, and then a fabulous haircut and blow-dry. The stylist listened to what I asked for and my hair came out perfect. I was ready for my night on the town in South Beach, and with the great location of the salon, my dinner reservations were only 2 blocks away!

Dump!!! Horrible Service!. You would think at $90 for a blowdry this place would be amazing NOT! Its in a tiny room in the lobby of the Shore Club. I got passed around to 3 different people and they had me sit on a tiny tool while I waited for my color. I asked for somewhere else to sit and they told me see sit outside the salon in the middle of the lobby while people could see me with a head full of dye. I would never recommend this salon to anyone!
