Beware of this plumbing company! They charged me more than $150 for an estimate..
This company pretends to be a legitimate company but it really is a scam. First they tell you one thing and then they do another thing. They were going to charge me more than $500 to fix a leak in the toilet. I was surprised by this amount and told them that I would get someone else to do it.
After that, I was told that they would still have to charge me one hours work just for showing up at my door. One hour equals $160. I argued with them that I was not told that their estimate was not free. However, there was no way that they were leaving without being paid so I gave them what they wanted. I told them that I would file a complaint with the Business Bureau and take them to small claims court.
Perhaps you will have a different experience, but I wouldn't trust this company and let them come into my home.

Interesting remarks, happily they are not true. This customer called for service on the weekend and it was clearly explained to him that emergency service was billed at overtime rates. He agreed to service anyway, when presented with the bill, he suddenly decided that he had only called for an estimate. We never dispatch emergency service truck unless the customer is fully aware of the rates.
