Dont expect too much

I hired this company to review an insurance claim. They don't return calls, and they closed my file before receiving final payment. At least they got my insurance to pay the entire cost of fixing my roof after it was blown off by a hurricane. You just have to babysit them.

• Pros: Don't return calls. Disorganized. Needs constant prodding.
• Cons: They got what we asked for... a roof.
