HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 Stars! Customer service was HORRIBLE! We ordered an arrangement and once we received it, the flowers were old and the dedication card looked like it was written by a 5 year old and in a rush. We called the shop and we spoke to Nannette, supposedly the office manager. We nicely explained to her that the flowers didn't look as fresh as we would've expected them to be and the name on the dedication card was wrong. She was VERY rude and said that the flowers were fresh and she couldn't do anything about it. She sent the delivery guy with a new card. We called again just to explain that we would simply like to return it and get credited back. Same person was yelling the whole time and said "Well I'll just send the guy back to get the flowers & credit you back". If the customer service would've been good from the beginning, we would've actually kept the flowers. If the owner knew how she treats the customers, I'm sure she would do something about it. She should be fired. NEVER again will we order from Marie's Florals.
